Village of Lake Delton - South Hangar Area Expansion The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of a new asphalt taxiway and service road to support the South Hangar Area Expansion, as well as reconstruction of approximately 650 lineal feet of an existing taxilane. Other Work items to support this expansion include: Unclassified Excavation Clearing and Grubbing Traffic Control Erosion Control Asphalt Pavement and Base Course Concrete Gutter Chain Link Fencing Storm Sewer Relocate Fiber Optic and Utility Lines Pavement Markings Stormwater Biofilter and Plants Turf/Site Restoration Instructions to Bidders. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates.
