Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wisc Dells, Wisconsin. Reconstruction and new construction of approximately 1,400 lineal feet of 2-lane urban roadway on East Durkee Street and North Delavan Street, including bike lanes, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, with associated water and storm sewer utility extensions and connections. Work also includes construction of an off-street parking lot. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract; otherwise, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opening. Minimum wages for the project must comply with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
