No definite date for the rebid.** The Project includes the following Work: Various process, electrical, and building improvements to the Village of Lake Delton's Westside Booster Station located on Commerce Street. Improvements include the construction of booster pump systems (booster pumps, process mechanical piping, control and isolation valves, hydropnuematic pressure tanks), power systems, controls, high performance coatings, temporary pumping equipment, and selective equipment demolition. The proposed building improvements will include the following: landscaping, pavement maintenance treatments, erosion control, riprap, water repellant coatings, joint sealant restoration, metal roofing coating repairs, and general cleaning. Instructions to Bidders. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
