Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Project will consist of the following approximate quantities and types of work (not all bid items are listed): Construction of approximately 2,250 LF of 6 to 8 watermain and associated valves, fittings and appurtenances; 40 water service lines ; 2,100 LF of 8 sanitary sewer CIPP lining; 1,280 LF of 15 to 36 RCP storm sewer ; 22 storm sewer inlets and manholes; 15,075 SY of bituminous and concrete removal; 5,250 LF of curb removal; 6,500 TON Aggregate Base Course CL 5; 2,800 TON Superpave FAA 45; 5,075 LF curb and gutter; 2,075 SY sidewalk concrete; 750 SY driveway concrete; street lighting; traffic control; erosion control; and incidental items. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 3% of the total dollar value of the project. To demonstrate a good faith effort to comply, bidders must include the MBE/WBE subcontractor solicitation form in the bid package. The Work under this Contract shall achieve Substantial Completion by October 17, 2025, and Final Completion by October 31, 2025 . Each Bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope con taining a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as prin cipal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the principal's Bid is accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten (10) days after Notice of Award, shall execute and effect a con tract in accordance with the terms of his Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing body. The Bid Bond of the three lowest Bidders will be retained until the contract has been awarded and executed, but not longer than sixty (60) days. The Bid security is a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into contract for the work described in the Proposal. The bidder may submit a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier s check payable to the City of Dickinson, North Dakota. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract.
