City of Dickinson - 2025 Watermain Replacement Project Question Deadline 03/20/2025 ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE OFFICE OF: Apex Engineering Group, Inc., Scott Schneider, PE at 701-264-3926 or by email at Scott.Schneider@ApexEngGroup.com. All questions must be received in writing or by email on or before eight (8) days prior to the bid opening. Responses to technical questions will be issued by addendum within six (6) days prior to the bid opening. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 17, 2025 Construction of approximately 3,000 LF of 8" PVC watermain, 600 LF of 6" to 16" PVC water-main, 8 hydrants, 60 water services, piping and curb stops and associated valves and appurtenances, 4,600 SY of bituminous pavement removal, 9,000 SY of mill asphalt pavement, 1,500 CY Class 5 Aggregate Base, 2,100 TONS hot bituminous asphalt, 2,400 LF curb and gutter, 1,700 SY sidewalk, 450 SY concrete driveway and valley gutter, traffic control, erosion control and incidental items. This project also includes approximately 20 Lead service line replacements with majority being outside the watermain replacement scope.
