The Adair County Health Department will accept Sealed bids for 5 heating and air conditioning units to be installed as found within the specification sheet. The Representative for this project is Lori Guffey, Administrator or Ron Stewart, Planner Adair County Health Department Phone: 660-665-8491. 1. 2-100,000 BTU 96% Furnaces 2. 3-75,000 BTU 96% Furnaces(2 are horizontal) 3. Install float switches on horizontal units 4. Where condensate pumps exist they are to be replaced 5. 2-4 Ton 14 seer alternative refrigerant AC plus Coil 6. 2-5 ton 14 seer alternative refrigerant AC plus Coil 7. 1-3 ton 14 seer alternative refrigerant AC plus Coil with 4 ton blower drive 8.
