2024-2025 Parking Lot Camera Coverage The Kirksville R-III School District is seeking competitive bids for the installation and procurement of security cameras to provide coverage for the District's new parking lot. The project is divided into three zones (Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C), and vendors are required to submit separate bids for each individual zone, as well as a combined bid covering all three zones. Vendors will be responsible for providing all labor and materials, including but not limited to: cabling, mounting, powering of cameras, camera hardware, and any other related equipment necessary for a complete and functional system. Vendor Responsibilities: Provide and install all required cabling (plenum-rated where applicable) from camera locations to network closets. Mount and power all cameras in designated locations. Supply all camera materials, mounts, junction boxes, and any required accessories. Ensure all cameras are Hanwha brand and include a perpetual Wisenet license. Test and verify full functionality of all installed cameras and system components. Label all cabling clearly at both ends (camera side and switch side) indicating zone and camera location. Installation and full system testing must be completed by July 18, 2025. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
