Bishop, Lee Run, Catarina and Stones Throw Road Resurfacing Project includes resurfacing portions of the following: BISHOP ROAD (Residential) - Level existing gravel surface and overlay with 4" of asphalt, length is 210' x 18' wide from Lee Run Road north to dead end. LEE RUN ROAD (Residential) - Mill 2" & fill with 2" of asphalt, length is 1,825' x 22' wide from SR170 west to Lee Run/Meadow Lane intersection. CATARINA PLACE (Residential) - Mill 1 1/2" & fill with 2" of asphalt, length is 3,100' x 20' from Morningside south to around loop of Catarina Place. Suspend and resume at existing pavement imprint "Catarina Place Parade of Homes 2006". STONES THROW AVENUE (Commercial) Mill 1 1/2" & fill with 2" of asphalt, length is 500' x 28' from Olde Stone Crossing west to Stones Throw cul-de-sac. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in bidding. Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate: $291,920.00 Project Will Not Commence Until After July 1, 2025.
