Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lombard, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Lombard seeks contractors for removing vertical surface discontinuities in sidewalks between 1/2 " to 2 1/2 ". All vertical surface discontinuities will be sawcut in complete accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Vertical surface discontinuities 1/2 " or greater will be sawed back at a maximum slope of 1:12 or less. All of the above, as well as other project details, are further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by the Village of Lombard. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025 Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, submit questions via email to: Brendan Huizinga, huizingab@villageoflombard.org. Questions are requested one week prior to the Bid Opening and are required no later than 10:00 A.M. on March 14, 2025.
