Reference Number 0000288715 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/25 02:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Housing requires the services of a landscape contractor to perform landscaping and maintenance work. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, spring clean up, mowing, litter cleaning, sod top dressing and seed, fertilizer application, herbicide application, and sod installation and repair. Bidders must provide the following with the bid submission when the total bid amount is equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) inclusive of taxes: Type: Bid Bond Amount: 10% of total bid amount A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
