Street Micro-Surfacing 2025 Contract shall run for a 120 Day period, effective April 2, 2025 to June 3, 2025, with no option to renew. Each bid must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. The deposit shall consist of a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond, payable to the City of Florissant or your bid will be rejected. A performance bond in an amount equivalent to 100% of the contract price must be furnished and executed by the successful bidder. In submitting this bid, the bidder understands and acknowledges that the right is reserved by the City of Florissant to reject any and all bids. If written notice of acceptance of this bid is received within forty five (45) days after the opening of the bids, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver an agreement in the prescribed form within ten days after such agreement is presented.
