Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Florissant, Missouri. Conceptual plans call civil work for a transportation facility.
The scope of the improvements includes resurfacing the roadway, adding a two way left turn lane, cross walk, and sidewalk, upgrades to curb ramps, sidewalks, bus stop pads and improve concrete medians DBE Goal : 10% Length: 0.2 miles Design services may include, right of way plans, surveying, geotechnical investigations, public involvement, environmental and historic preservation services/permits, contract documents, assisting with the bidding process, construction support/construction inspection, utility coordination/permits and traffic controls including the preparation of PS&E and final documents. Construction Phase: work with contractor on behalf of the City, assist with preconstruction conference, perform periodic site inspection, prepare change orders, inspect construction materials, check shop drawings submitted by contractor, conduct construction test and inspection, be present during critical construction operations, participate in final inspection, and prepare as-built drawings The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
