Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Florissant, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
On any project of which there is a contract that is less than $300,000, the general liability coverage provided by the contractor shall be a minimum of $500,000 combined single limit and aggregate, as required by the school district. Certificate of Insurance is required prior to the start of work. The Ferguson-Florissant School District is requesting bids for the installation of parking lot lighting at the Transportation employee parking lot. The power source utilized for this project will come from the Transportation building located directly across the main drive to the High School. The contractor will be required to directional bore electrical wiring and conduit from the Transportation Building to the employee parking lot. The contractor will be required to install 1-1" HDPE conduit with #10 THHN wire. The contactor is required to install a quantity of three (3) 9ftx2ft concrete pole bases(6ft deep 3ft above grade). The contractor is required to install a quantity of three (3) light fixtures PXSLPMSFT-12-24L-1-40-4SQ25. The contractor is required to install one (1) lighting timer with one (1) photo eye to control the parking lot lights. Attached in the bid documents you will find the lighting specification sheet and the photometric of the site. The contractor is required to complete this project by satisfying all local, county and state codes.
