Renovation of a golf course in Florissant, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
General work description: The City of Florissant is seeking bids to update the flooring in the club house at the Florissant Golf Club. In the banquet hall (12 x 207) contractor will remove all carpet and install new LVP flooring with 3-5 mil and 20 mil wear layer. In the pro shop remove old carpet and cove base. Install (12 x 75) of new commercial carpet, cove base, and edgings where needed. Florissant Golf Club: 50 Country Club Ln, Florissant, MO 63033 The City is looking to have the work completed ideally before the end of May 2025. Contract shall run for a One year from date of contract award period, effective April 2, 2025- April 1, 2026, with the option to renew for No option of renewal additional one year contract periods if agreeable to both City and Vendor.
