The Selected Vendor will be responsible for the following: 1. Furnishing and Installing New Signage o Stand-alone property signs and/or new awnings as specified by CHA design guidelines. o Ensuring all signage meets durability, safety, and aesthetic standards. 2. Demolition and Site Preparation: o Safe removal of existing signs and related structures. o Proper disposal of demolition materials in compliance with local regulations. 3. Site Restoration and Landscaping: o Restoring any disturbed areas to their original condition or better, including necessary landscaping work around signage installations. 4. Warranty: o All materials, workmanship, and installations must carry a 5-year warranty 5.
