Tower Blvd and SR58 Traffic Signal Improvements. COMPLETION DATE: December 30, 2025 Bids must be accompanied by Certified Check or Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit equals to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bond for the full amount of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a performance bond properly secured. Bidders must be listed on the ODOT pre-qualified list for highway construction. The Director of Safety/Service reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which the City is soliciting bids at this time is a Base Bid of $307,670.68.
