The work to be performed includes but not limited to the installation of wireless and fiber optic traffic signal communication to accommodate traffic signal synchronization. Work shall include the hardware installation, computer set up and communication with 32 traffic signals throughout the City of Merced.. Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, City of Merced Standard Designs and the Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed installed. or The project is located on R street from 15th Street to Yosemite Avenue; on M Street from Main Street to Iron Stone Drive; on G Street from Yosemite Avenue to Farmland Avenue; on Olive Avenue from Loughborough Avenue to Park Avenue and on Yosemite Avenue from El Dorado Drive to Stadium Lane in the City of Merced, California. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to the City of Merced.
