Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merced, California. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Install new EV chargers and rework ADA parking spaces into accessible EV charger locations in the North Bowl parking lot. Alternate 1, 2 & 3 have been identified for the labor and materials for installation of EV chargers and corresponding site work as identified in the drawings. Bidder shall submit any questions to Sara Anastos at contractsaucmerced.edu no later than 4:00PM on March 26, 2025. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following Slate of California Contractors License current at the time of submission of the Bid: B or C-10. Contractor will be assessed as liquidated damages the sum of $150 for each day the Work remains incomplete beyond the expiration of the Contract Time. After Substantial Completion, the rate for liquidated damages shall be reduced to the sum of 550. See Article 5 for detailed requirements. University will have the right to reject an Bids, or any Bid not accompanied by the required Bid Security or any Oth Or item required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid which is in any other way incomplete or irregular.
