This flood control project includes the design and construction of a regional outfall channel between an existing, regional stormwater pond at Eagle Ridge Academy and Bridge Street. The outfall channel will carry stormwater runoff from existing and proposed development into the recently constructed previous phases of the outfall system and to the South Platte River. Ongoing Operating Impact: This project provides no new impacts to ongoing operations. As of March 7, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
