Reference Number 0000379622 Bid Intent Not Available The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for on call painting services and exterior caulking as specified herein from multiple vendors that will give prompt, efficient and professional services to the County. Although this Solicitation specifies exact locations for painting services for the County, it is understood and agreed that the County may during the term of the contract, request additional services similar or like from the successful vendor for other County facilities. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. Adams County reserves the right to add, remove and modify on call painting projects and services at its sole discretion any time during the term of the agreement. There are no guarantees that additional services will be requested. The County would like request on call painting services from multiple vendors to provide timely and efficient service for the Detention Facility and other County buildings as needed.
