Reference Number 0000380681 Bid Intent Not Available The Adams County Board of County Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is accepting bids for the 2025 Seal Program (the Program). The Program is a maintenance program that consists of providing seal on different streets approximately 33 lane miles in unincorporated Adams County. The program area location maps are identified and attached to the bid package. TERM OF AGREEMENT: This is a one-year agreement in accordance with the "Notice to Proceed", with the option of two one-year renewals. Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a County prerogative and not a right of the Contractor. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval.
