Reference Number 0000382797 The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified companies to furnish and deliver the specified traffic signal cabinet equipment. Proposal must include estimated lead times for each item during the initial contract term. The Term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the date an Agreement is executed by the City (the "Initial Term"). All Services to be performed under said Agreement shall commence promptly after receipt of a fully executed task order to the extent that the Professional has been authorized to proceed by the City. The City, at its sole discretion, may offer annually to extend this Agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms provided the Professional has performed the Services satisfactorily and all terms and conditions of the Agreement have been fulfilled. Each extension must be mutually agreed upon in writing, by and between the City and the Contractor, approved by the City of Brighton City Council, and shall be subject to the annual appropriation of funds, therefore. To be considered, the Company will need to price out the base term and each additional optional term, for a total of five (5) years, with the proposal under Fee Schedule.
