Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Said project consists of construction of and finish of storage room and two bathrooms including all concrete, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, paint and exterior finish system as delineated in the Scope of Work and found on the BID FORM necessary for construction of the Washington County Towne Square Park. The Washington County Commission hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply. Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. The Washington County Commis- sion reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in work.
