DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Town of Parker (Town), an incorporated municipality in the State of Colorado, is issuing a Request for Proposal ("RFP") to solicit responses from highly qualified, capable Consultants to provide architectural and engineering professional services for the Town of Parker Fieldhouse Office Renovation located at 18700 Plaza Drive, Parker, Colorado 80134. SCOPE OF WORK" The intent is to receive proposals from Consultants to provide architectural and engineering services necessary for the following tasks: 1. Complete construction drawings ready for bidding. 2. Complete specifications ready for bidding. 3. Construction cost estimate for the proposed improvements. 4. Assistance with bidding. (Answering questions and issuing addendums, including any plan revisions). 5. Construction management (RFI's, observation, submittal review, change order review, project close-out).
