The City of Elk River is currently accepting bids for their 2025 Street Improvement Projects. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: Remove & Replace Concrete Curb & Gutter 3,965 LF Bituminous Curb 2,605 LF Taper Mill Bituminous Surface 177, 886 LF Seal, Fertilize & Hydro Mulch 2.4 ACRES Type SP 9.5 Wear Course 29,917 TON Common Topsoil Borrow 1,091 CY Concrete Walk & Driveway 2,356 SF Pavement Markings 1,880 LF COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 12/19/2025. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Elk River shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Question Deadline 03/21/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
