No bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the bid bond) within 15 days of the scheduled bid submittal date The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the February 4, 2025 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review. It is the County's intent to have construction activities begin late May 2025 and be completed by the end of August 2025. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive informalities.
