Site work and renovation of a civil project in Windham, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project involves the installation of two new air-cooled chillers including hydronic pumps, piping, controls, power wiring and associated site work to accommodate the new equipment. Project includes providing temporary cooling serving Laurel Hall from April 2025 to October 2025 Removal of existing rooftop air-cooled chiller including associated piping, valves, controls and power wiring and raceway. Installation of (s) new high efficient air-cooled, Mag-Lev chillers outside on grade including associated underground piping, valves, pumps, controls and power wiring. Site Work and layout improvements to accommodate new chiller and related site work. Electrical work to support new HVAC equipment. Installation of new Re-Heat Coil serving existing AHU including duct modifications, piping inline pumps, power wiring and controls located within the attic mechanical room of the building. Question Deadline 03/18/2025 The SBE requirement is 25% of the entire bid total with 6.25% to an MBE/WBE. This is a a Prevailing Wage Job please see rates and information included in Project Manual.
