Site work for a residential development in Windham, Connecticut. Design plans call for site work for a residential development.
All proposals will be received by Jim Bellano, Director of Economic & Community Development. In accordance with the Town's Policy for the Sale of Town-Owned Real Estate, all responses will be reviewed by the Town Manager. The Town Manager will assess all proposals and recommend the highest qualified bidder to the Town Council, in compliance with the Town Charter, local ordinances and procedures, and applicable Connecticut state laws. The Town Council will then schedule a Town Meeting to seek final approval of the sale. It is understood that the Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, request new bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid most advantageous to the Town in achieving its goals for the property's development. The Town's primary objective is the planned and timely development of the vacant lot located at 804 Main Street in a way that maximizes the financial benefit to the Town. It is the Town's desire that the property be developed to achieve its highest and best use potential.
