The Work comprises the upgrade of existing HVAC units and provide cooling in Cottages 10, 12 and 13 on the campus of Echo Glen Children's Center in Snoqualmie, WA. B. Contract Documents: The above is a summary description only. Provide for the work as shown in the Contract Documents including all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services required to complete the project. C. Contract Method: Construct the Work under a single fixed-price contract, which includes general, mechanical and electrical work. D. The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this project. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The "Effective Date" for this project is the Bid Proposal due date (see Advertisement for Bids). The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website.
