The Town of Richmond is seeking a contractor for Stormwater Improvements on Tilden Ave. See more information in the following documents. The Project includes the following Work: Drainage improvements including concrete headwall (CIP or Precast), drainage piping, precast catch basins, driveway reconstruction, trench paving, and associated roadway work. The Town has pre-purchased the piping and precast drainage structures. The Engineer's construction cost estimate range is $50,000 - $80,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project must be completed on/before July 1, 2025 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine or purchase the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday, by appointment only. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question deadline - March 14, 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than three days prior to the date/time for opening of Bids may not be answered.
