Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The project involves Old Jericho Road (currently a recreation trail) repairs, slope reconstruction, construction of a 40-foot span trail bridge, and associated work. Prospective bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at the Project Site, and bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend this conference. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date/time for opening of Bids may not be answered.
