Sarasota County requires a Contractor to provide preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) and routine service on CCTV systems and installation of new CCTV equipment as needed for various buildings throughout Sarasota County for both scheduled projects and emergency repairs. The Contractor shall be capable of servicing multiple locations at the times requested by the County. a. Installation of new cameras and associated VMS b. Repair and support of CCTV systems and equipment c. Performance of preventative maintenance of a CCTV system d. Installation and preventative maintenance on Vicon branded systems. e. Installation and preventative maintenance on Axis branded systems. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to preclude or deny access to any person known to be or thought to be a security risk.
