Job Location: Rio Blanco County, Colorado (coordinates are - 40^ 09' 45" N, 108^ 20' 40 W) Road Name: County Roads 4, 8, and 72 Length: 21.8 Rio Blanco County (the "County or Owner") is seeking a qualified Contractor to apply approximately 21.8 miles of seal coating and fog coating on three (3) different County roads, entitled 4, 8, and 72 in the Meeker District. The Contractor shall supply all material, labor, and equipment to complete the work. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fees, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services.
