The City is looking to engage a qualified General Contractor to establish an early collaborative approach to problem-solving within the project. The primary objective is to address key constructability challenges and reduce uncertainty in the project scope during the design phase, before transitioning into the construction phase. The anticipated scope of work will be the construction of a new fiberglass sanitary lift station, to replace an aging lift station with safety concerns.
