Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work includes mechanical upgrades to replace existing poly-b piping in the townhouses and common amenity building, and to provide cooling for each of the units. The project scope of work includes the following: Re-piping in residential units and common amenity building to replace poly-b with pex Replacement of bathtub and surrounds, including new shower heads and valves Replacement of bathroom exhaust fan and kitchen hood fans Replacement of electrical panels Replacement of baseboard heaters New multi-head heat pump systems in townhouses and common amenity building, to be interlocked with baseboard heaters New ERVs Miscellaneous landscaping work to facilitate install of condensing units
