The R.M. of Cote No. 271 is requesting loading and hauling services for municipal gravel in 2025. On average about 20,000 yards of gravel is applied to municipal roads from two pit locations. The gravel haul for the Municipality will consist of loading, hauling and spreading road gravel provided from the municipal stockpiles. Some private hauling may be required. Gravel will be hauled from two pit locations, covering six divisions. The locations are: NE 36-28-30 W1 (R.M. of Cote) and NE 01-32-33 W1 (located in the R.M. of St. Philips No. 301). The majority will be 3/4 inch road gravel with some areas at 1 1/2 inch road gravel. The Municipality's average usage is approximately 20,000 yards. Tentative start date for hauling will be June 1, 2025. Hauling to be completed no later than August 15, 2025. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all proposals, and the lowest proposal may not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any proposal at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their proposal is complete upon submission. Oral and telephone proposals will not be considered
