Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Concrete Repairs This Request for Sealed Proposals is a project consisting of tearing out a section of concrete in the middle of the main bay floor roughly 35'x36'x6". The company doing the work will be responsible for hauling off the debris. There is a drainpipe in the middle of this section and the pipe leading to the drain may need repairs as well. Once the drain and other areas around the drain have been repaired then form, place, and finish approximately 35 ft x 36 ft x 6 inches concrete floor with 5000 PSI concrete, with rebar reinforcement 1ft on center, dowel existing concrete every 1ft, with 6 mil poly vapor barriers. This is a working Fire Hall and trucks will be running from the front of the Hall while repairs are done, the concrete in question is near the back door. The City of Goodlettsville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
