Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
The City of Millersville is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide complete construction blueprints for a remodel of residential rooms in a municipal fire station located at 7515 Bethel Road Millersville, TN The selected architect will be responsible for delivering full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil design documents necessary for the construction of bunk rooms. The design must meet building codes, functional needs of a modern fire department, and align with the operational requirements of the Millersville Fire Department. Interested firms should have prior experience in the design of public safety facilities and be prepared to provide examples of similar completed projects.
