Site work for a water / sewer project in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are invited for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the construction of the Caldwell Drive Sewer Extension. Major elements include installation of a low-pressure force main, setting two service boxes, and connection to an existing manhole along Caldwell Drive for a complete project as specified in the contract documents. Bidders must be listed as plan holders who have purchased the contract documents, specifications, and drawings. Bid envelopes must be clearly marked as specified. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, handicap, disability, ancestry, national origin, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
