Renovation of a medical facility in Scottsboro, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Installation of a 1500kw Generator sealed bids for installation of a 1500Kw Generator located at 380 Woods Cove Rd, Scottsboro, Al 35768. The Project is installing a new 1500Kw generator and reworking the service entrance to provide emergency power to the hospital. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to "Highlands Medical Center" in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The General Contractor and the following Subcontractors are required to be pre-qualified: Mechanical Subcontractor, Plumbing Subcontractor, and Electrical Subcontractor. Written pre-qualification procedures and criteria may be obtained from the office of Gunn & Associates, P.C. 1200 Providence Park, Suite 200, Birmingham, Al 35242 or by e-mailing sartin@gaengineers.com or cornelius@gaengineers.com. If a contractor or subcontractor is submitting for multiple services (ex. Mechanical and Plumbing) pre-qualification documents for each discipline must be submitted. Prequalification documents are due by 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 31st electronically emailed to Cornelius@gqengineers.com . . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted
