Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The goal of this project is to renovate the visitor parking lot at the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlifes Region 3 Headquarters located in Yakima, Washington. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to remove existing asphalt, expand and prep subsurface as shown in the drawings to add new parking and sidewalk, new asphalt, curb, and striping as shown in the drawings. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Questions received after 2:00 p.m. five business days prior to the bid opening. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing asphalt, expand and prep subsurface to add new parking and sidewalk, place and compact new asphalt, new curb, new ADA curb ramp, and stripping as shown in the drawings, at the Department's Region 3 Headquarters, located at 1701 S 24 th Ave., Yakima, Washington 98902, GPS Coordinates 46.57430, -120.53990, in Yakima County.
