Site work for a water / sewer project in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace approximately 1,500 linear feet of existing 2" water line with a new 6" Class 235 DR18 C900 PVC pipe along George Bell Avenue from 8th Street to the south, including Claxton Street. 15-1" water service, 4-2" water service and 1-fire hydrant will be installed as well. Time is of the Essence. All of the time limits for Milestones, if any, for Substantial Completion and for Final Completion and readiness for final payments as stated in the Contract Documents, are of the essence for the Contract. The Work shall be substantially complete within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed, and all Work shall be finally completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the Notice to Proceed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commences to run.
