Remodeling of a retail development in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade retail development.
Small business façade improvements that include the resurfacing and painting of exterior walls, pop-outs stucco improvement around two windows, installation of a 21-foot prefabricated awning, new illuminated box signage, and other improvements. Sealed bids must be submitted in person or by mail to the City of Yuma Neighborhood & Economic Development Division. Bids must be clearly labeled with the bid number on the outside of the sealed envelope. Late bids will be considered unresponsive and may not be included in the competitive evaluation. Failure to complete all bid documents may result in rejection of the proposal. All bids must conform to the Contract Documents. Bids that do not comply in all material respects will be considered non-responsive. All contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough at the specified address. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who do not attend the walkthrough. The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal Labor Standards/Davis-Bacon and other federal regulations. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Minority and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The City of Yuma reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid, or withhold the award for any reason it deems necessary.
