**As of January 21st, 2026, the project was awarded to Gutierrez Canales Engineering, PC, with an awarded amount of $2,171,326.66** Pavement replacement of La Mesa Vista and La Mesa Hermosa subdivisions, 20th Place and 20th Street between 4th Avenue and 8th Avenue, and 5th, 6th, 7th Avenues between 19th Street and 20th Place. The project includes pavement, water lines, storm drain replacements, and concrete work. All necessary labor, equipment, materials must be provided and all work performed for the referenced project. Bidders must register with the City's Procurement Portal to obtain documents and submit bids.
