Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; residential development; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Pavement replacement of La Mesa Vista and La Mesa Hermosa subdivisions, 20th Place and 20th Street between 4th Avenue and 8th Avenue, and 5th, 6th, 7th Avenues between 19th Street and 20th Place. The project includes pavement, water lines, storm drain replacements, and concrete work. All necessary labor, equipment, materials must be provided and all work performed for the referenced project. Bidders must register with the City's Procurement Portal to obtain documents and submit bids. Each bid must be in accordance with the Contract Documents, and must include a scanned certified or cashier's check or bid bond for 10% of the amount of the bid as a guarantee. The City of Yuma reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid, or withhold the award for any reason it determines.
