Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rio Linda, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to demolish the Sacramento Resident Office and supporting site structures including site restoration for turnover to owning agency. The project site consists of three (3) modular trailers, one (1) gazebo, two (2) storage structures, and two (2) parking areas. The work shall include demolition of three (4) designated structures, removal of reinforced concrete curbs and sidewalks, cutting and removal of asphalt pavement, and disconnection and capping of utilities.
