The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking sealed electronic bids for the Dry Creek Elementary School SCOE TK Exterior Site Improvements Project. Pre-qualification requirements: This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. The prequalification application must be completed electronically. MODERNIZE EXISTING PATH OF TRAVEL FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE PUBLIC. - PROVIDE NEW FLATWORK IN AND AROUND THE EXISTING BUILDING. - PROVIDE NEW ACCESSIBLE CURB RAMPS AND ACCESSIBLE LOADING & UNLOADING AREAS. - PROVIDE NEW LANDSCAPE AROUND EXISTING BUILDING. - PROVIDE NEW 6FT BLACK VINYL CHAIN LINK FENCE & GATES. - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SOUTHERN CANOPY. - PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE EXISTING APPARATUS AREA.
