Baker Hall Replacement GC/CM firms are invited to submit their qualifications for the development and construction of Baker Hall. Proposers shall become familiar with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications and all the Articles and Attachments included therein. The GC/CM shall provide Construction Management (CM) services throughout the project, from the construction document period through construction, and shall closely coordinate such work with the Architect and Owner.
