Engineer's Estimate: $595,000.00 Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove, clear, and dispose of trees under and along the DISTRICT'S transmission and/or distribution system. Work to be performed is located in the vicinity of Arlington, Snohomish County, Washington. The specific work location commences at the Portage Substation, and includes all associated taps, as indicated on Attachments I, II, and III. The total distance to be covered on this project is approximately 1.5 pole miles. Contractors shall be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently Prequalified for Category D-1 - Right-of-Way (Tree and Brush Work) prior to bidding. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase. Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax.
