C.P.W.M., Qualified Purchasing Agent, at the address above. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential bidders wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the bid opening. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time. Prospective bidders are not required to attend the bid opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices. Bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the bid opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
