Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Peters, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of St. Peters is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of a poured concrete fillet at the base of the wet well located at the 370 Pump Station No. 2 sanitary lift station. This work includes replacement of the concrete fillet and bypass pumping for additional rehabilitation work. START OF WORK The contractor shall commence work within seven (7) calendar days after the date of written notice from the City to begin work and shall complete all work within the time specified in his proposal. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or after a date to be specified in a written NOTICE TO PROCEED of the owner and to fully complete the project within sixty (60) calendar days, as stipulated in the specifications. Liquidated damages of $500.00 a day will apply. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City.
